Our School Development Priorities
We are very proud of our school and the work that we do but continue to strive to develop and improve. This year our areas of focus will be:
1) Review of curriculum to ensure that progression of skills through all subject areas is prioritised and content is realistic and meets (as a minimum) National Curriculum requirements.
2) Children are proactive in and take responsibility for their own learning through implementation of taught metacognitive strategies.
3) All staff to be proactive and forensic in the identification of individual needs of the children within their care.
4) Launch and implement new behaviour policy; ensuring fidelity and consistency in delivery.
