Our School Development Priorities
We are very proud of our school and the work that we do but continue to strive to develop and improve. This year our areas of focus will be:
1) Embedding a curriculum with clear progression from EYFS through to Year 6, which is well sequenced and has clear knowledge and skills set out and relates to Kelsale children and fully meets the requirements set out in the National Curriculum.
2) Develop the role and responsibilities of subject leaders.
3) Continued Development of quality first teaching to enable effective delivery of the curriculum.
4) Embedding assessment and pupil progress approaches to inform planning and teaching.
